In the EU/EFTA
As an employer, you can send your employees to work temporarily in another EU/EFTA country. During this period, your employees retain their status as posted workers and must enjoy the same basic rights and working conditions as employees in the host country.
It is essential that the applicable rules in the host country are complied with, particularly with regard to minimum wage, working time, health and safety, and administrative procedures related to posting.
