User registration
In order to gain full access to all the digital services available on the work.swiss portal, you first need to register as a user for Job-Room (see instructions below).
To make access to the e-services of the unemployment insurance scheme (ALV) even more secure, registration is done via the ALV’s Identity Access Management system (IAM ALV).
To register via IAM ALV, you need an AGOV login. This login enables secure and unique identification. If you do not yet have an AGOV login, you can create one easily and free of charge at www.agov.admin.ch.
In order to be able to carry out a reliable and secure identity check and to allow a person to be uniquely identified, the AHV number and Personennummer / no personnel / N. personale (consisting of 8 digits, assigned by your RAV and found at the top of the allowance reports and letters from your Arbeitslosenkasse) must be entered when registering via IAM ALV.
